Any recommendations for leave in conditioners?
Currently growing out our my relaxed hair, but i would like to get some highlights in it, is this recommended?
Have u ever heaed of mulska oil, if so any thoufhts about this product?
It was a good Webinar, thank you
Hi Sheila,
I'm glad you enjoyed the webinar! Silk Elements Color Care Leave-In Conditioner is a great product to try. Coils & Curls The Hair Product Handbook includes more leave-in recommendations and a sample weekly hair care routine for growing out your relaxer. I don't think it would be wise to get highlights at this time. You're already dealing with 2 textures and bleaching will change the texture of your new growth and your relaxed hair in the highlighted areas. I think styling and maintenance would become more difficult and time consuming. I have never heard of moska oil, but the information I was able to find about it says it is made with mineral oil. That's not a bad thing (more about mineral oil in the book), but it's not worth paying a high price for either. I hope that helps! Thanks for posting!
